ON. SHOKEYE CHARGES MUSLIMS TO REMAIN STEADFAST IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STATUTES OF ALLAH
A leader of a Media and Political Team, based in Osun State, TEAMSHOWKEY, Hon. Shokeye Muhammed Shobowale has congratulated the entire people of Osun State, especially the Islamic faithfuls, on the occasion of this year’s Eid El Kabir celebrations.
This was contained in a Press Statement made available to Newsmen in Osogbo on Thursday evening.
The Osogbo-born business icon, based in the United States of America (USA) also charged the Islamic faithfuls to solely concentrate on the statutes and instructions of the Almighty Allah, in relationship with one another, in the period of this celebration and beyond.
The businessman cum politician emphasized that the purpose of the celebration is basically sharing of all good things among one another, and snatching at the opportunity of the occasion to lend the hands of goodwill and favour to the less privileged.
He charged people who are well to do in the society to always remember those who might be in need, especially in a period like this and at all times.
He therefore implored those who were deprived of observing the Hadjj in Mecca, Saudi Arabia as a result of the Local, National and International guidelines for prevention of the spread of Coronavirus pandemic, to remain calm, hopeful and prayerful for Osun State, Nigeria and the entire World from the grip of the evils of Covid-19 pandemic.
While charging the entire people of Osun State to be obedient and compliant with the regulations and instructions of the State Government on social gatherings, he prayed that the Almighty God eradicates the deadly disease in no distant time.
