IN SWEET MEMORIES OF A BELOVED FATHER, TWO YEARS AFTER
Every 1st of August is a reminder of the existence and fulfilled living of an iconic man, Pa Timothy Adebayo Ajide Jenyo, aged 95 before he rested with his creator, on 1st of August, 2021.
A rare example of a true father, great counselor, intimate friend and lover of his town, environment and humanity in general, Pa Ajide Jenyo, though dead, his legacies of integrity, loyalty and selflessness live on in our minds.
My father and friend like no other, you stood your ground, on your full tentacles, through thick and thin in this journey of destiny, Pa Ajide Jenyo, so painful it is that you are no more, at this time, that the fruits of your vision are coming to manifestation, to the glory of God.
I would have been the happiest person on earth today if becoming an Honourable Commissioner in your dear Osun State is before your very eyes, but you have fought a good fight of faith, you have finished your race and you have been crowned the crown of glory, HALLELUYAH!
Our consolation is that you lived an enviable, remarkable and indelible life while alive, and your good deeds are still speaking, even after you, my Daddy.
Rest on my greatest confidant, till the eternity, when we all shall meet again, to part no more.
