REV. BUNMI JENYO CONGRATULATES YEYELUWA MODUPEOLA ON CONFERMENT AS YEYE GBOBANIYI OF IBODILAND
The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Osun State, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo has rejoiced and congratulated the Matriarch of the Adeleke Dynasty, Yeyeluwa Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni over her conferment as the Yeye Gbobaniyi of Ibodi in Ijesaland, by HRH Oba Cornelius Omisade Agboluaje, on Saturday 15th March, 2025.
The Commissioner who expressed his delight in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Sunday, stated that the Oloja of Ibodiland, Oba Agboluaje has put the round peg in a round hole.
He described Yeyeluwa Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni as a detribalised mother of all, whose reputation, native intelligence and genuine kindness cannot be underestimated.
“The esteemed position of Yeye Gbobaniyi of Ibodi in Ijesaland befits no any other than a true mother, a resilient, dogged, committed, philanthropic and reliable woman of substance, which is embedded in the Yeyeluwa of the universe, Yeye Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni”, the Commissioner said.
“She has cheerfully contributed meaningfully and immensely towards the growth, progress and development of not only communities in Osun State but also nations across the globe”.
According to the Commissioner, “she is a strong pillar of support, succour and favour of the Almighty GOD in the lives and destinies of individuals, corporate bodies, organizations, economic stability, social engagements and political landscape in Osun State, Nigeria and beyond”.
“Indeed, the kingdom and people of Ibodiland have just begun to experience unusual transformation and prosperity, now that Yeye Modupeola is the Yeye Gbobaniyi of the town”.
The Commissioner maintained that the new chieftaincy title will propel Yeyeluwa Modupeola to further entrench her GOD’s-given grace and kindness towards the uplift of humanity.
“May GOD give her the longevity of life and sound health to deliver more of goodness, love and impactful leadership on earth, AMEN.
