KIDVARC SCHOOLS CELEBRATE 40TH/30TH ANNIVERSARY

Authorities of the KIDVARC Nursery, Primary and High Schools, Iree has announced activities for the 40th anniversary of KIDVARC Nursery and Primary School and 30th anniversary of the KIDVARC High School both in Iree, Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State.
Also, the 15th remembrance anniversary of the Proprietor of the schools, Dr Samuel Oyedokun Omotoso will be held during the anniversary celebration.
A statement released by the chairman media and publicity committee of the Anniversary Central Planning Committee, Pastor Bamigbola Gbolagunte indicated that the anniversary activities will kick off on Thursday, 11th December, 2025 with a press conference at Ojuolape hall, KIDVARC schools, Iree by 11am.
The commissioning of projects executed in the schools will hold on Friday, 12th December, 2025 and this will be followed by the alumni dinner and reunion programme organized for the alumni of the schools.
The grand finale of the anniversary celebration will hold on Saturday, 13th December, 2025 with the launching of a book entitled “50 years of talking and chalking” written by Late Dr S.O Omotoso and anniversary lecture at the Leisure Spring Hotel, Iwo/Ibadan road, Osogbo by 10.00am.
Also, the remembrance service for the late founder of the school, Dr Samuel Oyedokun Omotoso will hold on the day at the same venue with eminent personalities expected to grace the occasion.
Expected at the event are the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, his deputy, Prince Kola Adewusi and other members of the State Executive Council.
Also expected are traditional rulers from across different parts of the country, stakeholders in the education sector, current and past students of KIDVARC schools, Iree and old students of the then Oyo State College of Education now Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun where the late Dr. Omotoso served as pioneer Provost.
The late Dr. Omotoso was Secretary to the Osun State Government during the first civilian government of late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke and he contributed his best to the development of the state, especially the education sector.
