The traditional ruler of the town, Eburu of Iba, Oba (Prof) Adekunle Adeogun Okunoye Oyedeji 11 who called on the Governor to come to the aid of the town, said all the roads that lead to the town are currently in deplorable condition.
This, the monarch said is affecting economic and commercial activities in the town as the ancient town of Iba has many commercial and economic potentials if the roads are in good condition
He cited the roads that lead to Iba from Inisha, Iree and Obaagun as main roads which are in deplorable condition, saying that successive governments in the state have neglected the roads.
