BUNMI JENYO CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR ADELEKE, ACCORD OVER APPEAL COURT’S RULING
The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Dr. Bunmi Jenyo has congratulated the Executive Governor of Osun State, Sen. Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke and its party, Accord over a landslide victory at the Court of Appeal against deregistration.
This was contained in a special message by the Commissioner, which was made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Tuesday.
Recall that some enemies of democracy have been clamouring and sponsoring tireless efforts to deregister Accord, African Democratic Congress (ADC) and other parties, to have unopposed election into power through the back door.
The Commissioner who returned the Glory to GOD for being a strong pillar of Governor Adeleke against the agents of darkness, maintained that the setting aside of the purported deregistration by the Appeal Court is a victory for democracy.
He congratulated Governor Ademola Adeleke, leaders and members of Accord in Osun State and Nigeria as a whole, saying every lover of democracy in the country should be happy and be rest assured of egalitarian society, in no distant future.
He frowned at the insensitive mentality of some APC stalwarts in Osun State, insinuating that the Accord would not be on the ballot, regarding August 15 gubernatorial poll, saying publicly that the unpopular party would face an empty goal-post.
The Commissioner also congratulated the entire people of Osun State, because their choiced party, Accord is firmly the first political platform on the ballot, come August 15 2026.
“I heartily congratulate my Principal, the Executive Governor of Osun State, Sen. Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the leadership and members of Accord, and the entire citizens of Osun State on this landmark judgment of the Appeal Court today”, the Commissioner said.
“It has laid to rest the controversy, anxiety and fear of our people regarding the August 15 governorship in Osun State. Accord is on the ballot. Accord will win the forthcoming polls in Osun State convincingly”, he said.
