RE: GOV ADELEKE DUMPED OLAOLUWA….
___A LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL
The attention of the Media Office of the Asejere Campaign Council has been drawn to a devilish lie concocted and being shared by a faceless Facebook account user, “Akile Oduduwa.” We would have ordinarily ignored the senseless narrative from a faceless, frustrated member of the opposition, but the record should be set straight for the sake of unsuspecting members of the public.
As the Media Office of Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere, the incoming Distinguished Senator of Osun Central, we enjoin our good people of the Senatorial District to discard the lie and keep supporting our candidate, Asejere. There is nowhere such an evil endorsement of the A.P.M. Candidate, Ibrahim Adekunle was made by the Governor, His Excellency Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
Significantly, on October 15, 2026, Governor Adeleke inaugurated the Asejere Campaign Council at Adebimpe Event Centre, Osogbo, demonstrating the importance attached to the campaign’s organised mobilisation and its mission to secure quality representation for Osun Central. The Governor was represented by his Deputy, Prince Kola Adewusi, while the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun and notable top government functionaries also attended. The Council is chaired by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye. At the event, Yeye Dupe Sanni reiterated the Governor’s support for Aare Asejere and Accord candidates contesting legislative seats across Osun State.
Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere, the candidate of the Accord, remains the most popular senatorial candidate for Osun Central, and the good people of the Senatorial District are looking forward to election day to massively cast their votes for him. He is the political eye of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke, in the fast-approaching senatorial election, and he is the hope of the electorate for quality representation and the delivery of democratic dividends to the people.
We also use this medium to advise the frustrated opposition parties to roll up their sleeves, buckle up for the challenges ahead, map out sensible and effective strategies to campaign to the people, and present their manifestos to them instead of concocting and spreading lies that can only add more salt to the injuries of their already failed and defeated candidates.
Though we understand the frustration of the opposition parties, we pity their plight. They have already seen their defeat at the coming poll. The best we can advise them to do now is to drop their failed ambitions of winning the fast-approaching election and instead declare support for the ambition of Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere of the Accord.
Once again, the good people of Osun Central should discard the lies of the opposition but keep supporting their choice, Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere, and the Accord as a party. We have all seen and known the difference between the Accord and other parties in the State, especially through the delivery of good governance by Governor Ademola Adeleke in almost four years of his administration in the State.
Alhaji Ganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere remains the best, and he is the only eye of Governor Ademola Adeleke among the Osun Central senatorial candidates. We once again promise that our candidate will not let his people down.
