OSUN GOVERNMENT PARTNERS WITH OSUCCIMA, MYGBOLAT ENTERPRISES FOR ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT

In its relentless efforts targeted at the State’s industrialisation, the administration of Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has continued to partner with organisations, industrialists and investors to advance the economic growth in the nooks and crannies of Osun State.

The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Dr. Bunmi Jenyo in his office on Friday, while signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Osun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OSUCCIMA) and Mygbolat Enterprises stated that Governor Adeleke remains focused and determined to rip the State and its citizens off poverty line.

According to the Commissioner, the allocation of land to OSUCCIMA and Mygbolat Enterprises at the Living Spring Free Trade Zone, is a pointer to a promise-keeper Osun has in Governor Adeleke.

The allocation of the land and signing of the MoU is the landmark gesture and commitment of Governor Adeleke’s administration to promoting Commerce, Industry and Entrepreneurship in Osun State.

Mygbolat Enterprises, located beside the exit gate, Ayegbaju International Maket, Ogo-oluwa Osogbo, deals in recycling of waste items like Cartons, Plastic water bottles, Drink cans and Nylon.

The company’s partnership with Osun State government is in line with its vision of being an indigenous waste recycling company by setting up a recycling plant for production of plastics such as PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE and PVC and also helping in building a sustainable environment through cleaner environment and job creation.

Mygbolat Enterprises is into real environpreneurship, it reduces the impact of climate change on the environment and provides a means of livelihood and self-reliance through waste management.

It also Increases the socio-economic activities, generate employment opportunities, increase wealth creation and impact poverty reduction efforts across Nigeria. It is simply waste to wealth initiative.

Meanwhile, the Council, Executive Committee and entire membership of OSUCCIMA, led by its President, Dr. Gbolade Famoriyo have expressed profound gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke for the allocation of land to the Chamber at the Free trade Zone.

According to him, “the new site will serve as a permanent home for OSUCCIMA and provide us with the infrastructure needed to expand our trade facilitation services, organize larger business fairs and exhibitions, and run training programmes that promote MSMEs growth”.

“We are confident that the facility, when developed, will become a hub for investors, a center for business advocacy, and a catalyst for job creation and economic development across the state. It directly supports your administration’s agenda of making Osun State investor-friendly and business-ready”.

“OSUCCIMA will put the land to judicious use and work closely with government to attract investments and drive sustainable prosperity for the people of Osun”, he said.

Present at the signing of the Mou event for both organisations include the Management Team of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, OSUCCIMA’s 1st Deputy President, Engr. Gbenga Olateru, Mr. Saheed Fakeye, and the acting Director General, Mr. ‘Tunji Ajayi.

Others are the two promoters of Mygbolat Enterprises, Mr. Olatunji Olaribigbe and Mr. Gbolahan Ajayi.

OSUN GOVERNMENT LIST’S INVESTORS, COMPANIES AT FREE TRADE ZONE, OTHERS

The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Dr. Bunmi Jenyo has listed investors, their companies and services to the absorption and records of members of the public.

This followed indications and insinuations from some quarters that economic transformation agenda of Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke is not yielding adequate results. It is also to silence propagandists and enemies of progress who are determined to discredit the positive spirit of the current administration.

Recall that the Living Spring Free Trade Zone, resuscitated by Governor Ademola Adeleke, had previously been abandoned by the successive administration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for twelve years, after its kick-off during Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola-led PDP Government.

According to the Commissioner, anyone who throws stones at the top of the roof, desires to hear the voice of the house-owner. Hence, verifiable lists of investors currently working with the Osun State government is released.

This is to avail the people of Osun State the opportunity to be intimated and armed against misinformation, propaganda and lies of the opposition APC and its elements.

His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke is GOD-sent, talk-and-do, focused and resolute in turning Osun State from the old narrative of being a Civil Servant State to an industrialised economy. It is not a joke, and his efforts are yielding positive and fruitful results.

For the records, the investors, with their companies, products and services, presently working with the Osun State government at the Free Trade Zone are as follows:

Because of Governor Adeleke’s ease-of-doing-business policy, apart from investments at the Free Trade Zone, Imole Mega Draw, a gaming and lottery company that produces at least one millionaire every week, with hundreds of Osun residents winning amounts ranging from #10,000 to #100,000 each week, is located in Ilesa, Osun State.

Another strategic investment attracted under Governor Adeleke’s administration is the Crescendo Lounge and Sports Complex, Osogbo. A subsidiary of A1 Pinnacle Services Ltd, it is a flagship private-sector hospitality/sports investment supported by the State. Located at Alekuwodo in the heart of Osogbo, Crescendo is the first of its kind in the entire South West region with international-standard facilities.

The above is only a few from many investors who approached the State for partnership, collaboration and establishment of industries, which will generate the minimum of 100,000 direct employment for the citizens of Osun State.

It is also important to note that two investors, Dokkal Khairu Nigeria Limited and Balou International Nigeria Limited have already scaled through the technocratic bottlenecks and moved their companies to site at the Living Spring Free Trade Zone, and are currently working there day and night.

NOTORIOUS THUG, SAHEED TANFEANI, ARRESTED AS MANHUNT INTENSIFIES FOR ASIRI ENIBA, OJUYOBO, ALEBA, DELAW AND OTHERS

The Osun state Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke has commended the Inspector General of Police IG Tunji Disu and the Osun state police Command for the arrest of one of the Osun state political hoodlums in person of Saheed Kareem Tanfeani.

It will be recalled that Tanfeani is alleged to be involved in the gruesome murder of Ezekiel Olapade around the premises of Irepodun local Government last Sunday.

Governor Adeleke however charged the police to intensify the manhunt for the arrest of Asiri Eniba, Delaw, Ojuyobo, Aleba, Lucifer, Lasisi and other thugs terrorising the state.

While urging the police to ensure thorough investigation and proper prosecution of the suspect, the governor repeated the earlier call for the change in the leadership of the Anti-cultism team of the state police.

The governor identified the continued presence of Eluku as the head of the anti-cultism team as a dark spot due to his identification with Asiri Eniba and other APC thugs.

“The arrest of Saheed and Akilapa is a good development. We are watching to see how far the police will prove its readiness to enforce the law and secure our people. For now, we thank the IGP, the Deputy Inspector General of Police and others who make this possible.

IGP ORDERS IMMEDIATE END TO POLITICAL KILLINGS, VIOLENCE IN OSUN – DIG ADEGOKE FAYOADE

●As Governor Demands Arrest, Prosecution of Culprits

The Inspector General of Police, Tunji Disu has ordered immediate end to political killings and violence in Osun state, DIG Adegoke Fayoade had told Governor Ademola Adeleke after a marathon closed door meeting at the Government House.

Governor Adeleke in his response, however demanded that the stoppage of the violence must be accompanied by arrest and prosecution of political thugs responsible for the killings and maiming of several Osun residents.

Accompanied by the AIG Zone 11, the State Commissioner of Police and top police officials from the command and zone 11, the DIG, South West who is also the head of Police ICT department said he was despatched to Osun state on the order of the IGP to investigate ongoing cases of violence alongside consequent instructions.

He delivered the IGP message as follows: “The Commissioner of Police and his men have been instructed that never again should any act of brigandage take place in this state. The IG has directed the AIG and the CP to take charge and ensure that this act of violence, that is already giving the population apprehension and fear, is not allowed to occur again.

“I have also directed the AIG and the Commissioner of Police on the order of the IG, that any act of murder or brigandage or any unlawful act perpetrated in the state must be fully investigated. Anybody found culpable should be arrested and prosecuted.

“I want to assure you that the Osun state forthcoming elections will be conducted under a very peaceful atmosphere. We can recall the last election in Anambra, just last Saturday Ekiti election was conducted under a very peaceful atmosphere and we don’t want anything different from that in Osun State. That is the standard that has been set and that is the standard we are going to follow.

“Your Excellency, I am assuring you that the police will live up to the expectation. The police commissioner and his men will perform their duties in line with the constitution and in line with the rule of law. We are not going to allow anybody to violate the law of the land and cause any havoc or any uneasiness in the state.

“We the police must rise up to the occasion, put our men on their toes, restrategize, so that all these challenges can be tackled. I have addressed the officers and men of this command, and we have restrategized. I have given them the message from the IGP that they must rise up to the occasion and put an end to all these acts that are embarrassing the country.

“I also went to see the Ataoja of Osogbo to assure him that all these security challenges are going to be tackled. We don’t want a situation where Osun State will be taken over by bandits, criminals and thugs. We don’t want a situation whereby the state will be made unsafe for economic activities. Now that we are approaching election time, we need absolute peace in the state. We don’t want any act of violence, any act of murder, whatsoever.

“Until recently, the state has been peaceful, but as elections are approaching, we are starting to witness some acts of gangsterism, almost taking over the state.The IG specifically asked me to come and inform you, Your Excellency, that we are not oblivious of this happening, that we are determined to put a stop to it.

Responding to the address of the DIG and lamenting unholy partnership between some police officers and Osun APC political thugs, Governor Adeleke submitted that violence must not only stop, culprits must be fished out and prosecuted.

“You are in this state at a time negligence and partisanship of some of your officers have worsened political violence in the state. You visit us at a time some policemen are openly known to be collaborating with political thugs to unleash violence on our people. Your official entrance comes at a time when we have recorded three unresolved political murders in the last few weeks, namely Eluyera at Ikire, Ezekiel at Ilobu and Aderogba at Esa Oke. There has been no single arrest.

“In Osun today, political thugs drove round the town, shooting sporadically, attacking innocent residents. They destroyed Accord billboards. Yet, the police command looks the other way. Even when the suspects are well known, there have been no single arrests. Only in Osun state do we have police operatives eager to arrest Accord members on the most minor of grounds but has yet to arrest a single suspect in a series of murders and gun attacks.

“I welcome you to Osun state where unfair policing has been upgraded to direct partnership between some elements in the police and APC political thugs. Our administration has confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Inspector General of Police to sustain the peace and stability of our dear state but we seek enforcement of the law without fear or favour.

“The Commissioner of Police has demonstrated lack of willingness and capacity to act fairly and without partisan bias. The general consensus among Osun people is that the Commissioner of Police is compromised and should be moved out of the state. Osun seeks fair policing, impartial policing and policing based on respect for rule of law. We are not asking for any favour other than fair protection of lives and properties.

“We task you to convey our position to the police leadership of which you are an integral part. Osun people want free and fair polls. Our people seek a peaceful environment to cast their votes. We need the reshuffling of the state police command to secure impartial policing.

“I have listened to the message from the IGP. We wait to see the outcome of these interventions. We count on you to stop the spate of killings. Your state police commissioner has failed us”, the governor told the DIG and his team.

Today, the cooperative sector in Osun State is stronger and more vibrant than ever before. Through various revolving loan schemes and empowerment initiatives, billions of naira have been made available to cooperative societies and their members. Thousands of households, traders, artisans, farmers, women and youths have benefited from these interventions.

Beyond this, our administration has continued to implement programmes that directly impact the lives of our people. Through the Food Bank Initiative, support has been provided to vulnerable residents while the Imole Business Empowerment Scheme has empowered thousands of women and youths with training, business support and start-up opportunities.

We have also strengthened cooperative education through the upgrading of the Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke Cooperative College, Ode-Omu, now a campus of Osun State University.

Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, today’s endorsement is a clear indication that our people appreciate good governance and visible development. It is a motivation for us to do even more in our collective quest to build a prosperous and inclusive Osun State.

As we approach the governorship election of August 15, 2026, I humbly seek your continued support, prayers and votes. The journey we started together is yielding positive results, but there is still much work to be done. BUNMI JENYO CELEBRATES YEYELUWA MODUPEOLA ADELEKE-SANNI ON HER BIRTHDAY

The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Dr. Bunmi Jenyo has celebrated the Matriarch of Adeleke Dynasty, Yeyeluwa Modupeola Alake Adeleke-Sanni on the special occasion of her birthday anniversary.

This was contained in birthday wishes and prayers by the Commissioner, which was made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Monday.

The Commissioner who described Yeye Modupeola as a true mother, a dogged fighter for humanity in general and a strong pillar of the modern Osun State, also likened her to the historic Margaret Thatcher.

He poured out encomium on her for being a mother, who has contributed immensely to the well-being, peace, progress and development of everyone around her, from far and near.

He also lauded her resilience, GOD’s wisdom and native intelligence coupled with courage and resourcefulness, providing an enviable pedestal of leadership where all interests are considered, harnessed and achieved.

“Today 22nd of June is Yeye Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni’s day, specifically blessed for GOD’s special gift to humanity. It is a day of joy and I am particularly delighted and honoured to celebrate a true mother, who is no doubt, the Margaret Thatcher of our time”, the Commissioner said.

“Yeye is indeed a strong pillar of leadership, passion, motherly love and care, admiration and excellence. She has, and continues to do so much for the advancement of humanity, in terms of support, help, favour, encouragement and undiluted dedication to the lifting of others”.

According to the Commissioner, “no iota of doubt, she is indeed the Senior Abiyamo of Nigeria (SAN), relentless and genuine mother of mothers, a silent achiever and great leader of leaders. I celebrate you today as always. May your light never go dim, as you are getting older, may the Almighty GOD continue to renew your strength like that of eagles. Many more wisdom, enablement and sound mind for greater heights in the land of the living, Amen”.

The Commissioner implored the celebrant to wear her dancing shoes as the world roll out drums in her celebration. ILA RIGGING MEETING: A SIGN OF DEFEAT FOR OSUN APC – OSUN ACCORD

Our attention has been drawn to an evil political meeting held at the residence of Chief Bisi Akande by chieftains of the Osun state All Progressives Congress(APC). We note all the details and we conclude that the Osun APC has finally conceded defeat ahead of the August 15th polls.

We are firstly disappointed that the calibre of people gathered at the said meeting could descend as low as to contemplate political killings of prominent Accord leaders as well as other illegal and unconstitutional actions towards compromising the August elections. This development is a reprehensible descent into political perdition which has further reinforced the imminent defeat of Bola Oyebamiji on August 15th.

Now that the Osun APC has openly accepted defeat, we call on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ignore and reject the failed plans of the Osun APC. We call the attention of Mr President to the genesis of current development which stemmed from Oyetola/Oyebamiji’s lack of capacity both in government and in the management of political parties.

The duo not only failed while in government but they destroyed the Osun APC which was handed over to them on a platter of gold. It is not the fault of the Osun Accord that Oyetola/Oyebamiji could not manage the Osun APC, leading to the exit of prominent figures and daily resignation from the party. The Oyetola caucus was so non-inclusive and rapidly dictatorial that the Osun APC lost over 60 percent of its followership in 2026 alone.

It is also on record that Governor Ademola Adeleke actually yielded to the invitation to join President Tinubu for the re-election project but the Marine Minister blocked him despite interventions by prominent presidency officials. The minister appears to prioritise his undeclared agenda against even the best interest of Mr President. Osun APC is today the ghost of its old self.

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the shameless resort to violence and unethical strategies of the Osun APC leadership. We specifically task Mr President to reject all the evil proposals already forwarded to his table. Those details like killings of Accord leaders, directing military and other security agencies to outrightly rig Osun elections, and the open push to compromise the electoral commissions are dangerous ploys that constitute a grievous threat to all democrats and national democratic life of the nation.

We also charge Osun people to remain vigilant and unwavering in the defence of their rights to vote and be voted for. No stone will be left unturned to protect the sanctity and integrity of the electoral process.

We task Osun people to reject scaremongering, the psychological warfare designed to water down the democratic resolve of our people. Osun APC is on its knees; it is defeated; and final defeat shall come on August 15th.

As Governor Adeleke put it, we shall vote, our votes shall count, we shall be victorious and we shall reach the promised land by the grace of God and massive support of the people.

Governor Adeleke Says Deregistration Ruling Violates Court of Appeal Order

Governor Ademola Adeleke has described that judgement of the Federal High Court deregistering five political parties as an abuse of court process and direct violation of a subsisting order of the Court of Appeal.

In a statement issued in response to the ruling the governor said the Appeal Court had made an order for the stay of proceedings by the Federal High Court, more particularly the said judgment that was delivered, expressing surprise that the lower court still proceeded to deliver a ruling on a matter already acted upon by the Court of Appeal.

It is on record before Honourable Justice Peter Lifu J that in the record of proceedings of the Court of Appeal of 22nd May, 2026 and which was put before his Lordship as Exhibit MAC 2 the Court of Appeal specifically pronounced that “The delivery of the judgement is still part of the proceedings of the Court. “

The governor urges the people to be calm as the Court of Appeal is taking up the matter tomorrow Tuesday, assuring the public that this “efforts to stop Osun people from exercising their voting rights will fail by the special grace of Almighty God. The Rule of Law and Humanity shall prevail at the end of the day.

“I call on Osun people to remain calm and be assured that our rights will be affirmed and our party, the Accord will be on the ballot on August 15th.

“We will not only be on the ballot, we will win overwhelmingly the forthcoming governorship election. We should remain calm and forge ahead with mobilisation of our people.

“I also want to assure our people that the flag off of our campaign is holding as scheduled tommorow. They want to distract us. We are going ahead and we are winning this election”, the state governor posited.

“Our lawyers are taking all the necessary steps to right the wrong”, the governor posited.

Having had the privilege of seeing Hon. Bunmi Jenyo up close, I can confidently say that the public sees only a fraction of the work he puts into the job. BUNMI JENYO APPRECIATES ALL, OVER ENCOMIUM ON ‘BEST COMMISSIONER IN NIGERIA’ AWARD

The Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Osun State, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo Ph.D has expressed profound gratitude to all persons too numerous to mention, for rejoicing with him over the honour of ‘Best Commissioner in Nigeria 2026, bestowed on him by the National Leadership Awards.

The applause, encomium and felicitations that greeted the event, held at the Banquet Hall, Nigerian Merit House, Maitama Abuja on Thursday 4th June 2026 did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated.

The global attestation and greetings through mails, letters, messages, calls and public identification with the Commissioner are major factors of encouragement to continue to do more, for Osun State, Nigeria and humanity in general.

The array of congratulatory messages from across the globe, specifically Europe, America, Canada and far East Asia were simply too much to be ignored, swallowed or taken for granted. All messages from Osun and other States of Nigeria also, cannot be underestimated.

According to the Commissioner, “Glory, honour and adoration unto the Almighty GOD, great things he hath done. I owe this honour to HIM because only HIM can do it and it is marvellous in our eyes”.
